Christmas can be a difficult time for a lot of people, especially as it is the season where people feel that they are expected to be happy and merry and out celebrating.
The reality is that Christmas can be a very sad, even traumatic time for some people. This time of year can accentuate how you are feeling if you are feeling low, sad, anxious or alone.
If you are feeling depressed with low mood, poor sleep, poor appetite etc., I would advise you to seek help from your GP and tell close friends and family how you are feeling, as you may need additional support at this time.
