Get up and Go!
It is September again and time for colleges and schools to start a new year. It is an opportunity to make renewed efforts with our health. Perhaps walk to school or work if this is feasible? With shortening days, it is still important to go out and exercise. Exercise has been shown to improve physical and mental well-being. Try and start sensibly, building up gradually over time.
